  • 180 Grams Flour

Step 1: Mix the Wet Ingredients with Sugar

  • 70 Grams of White Sugar

  • 70 Grams of Brown Sugar

  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla



Step 2: Add the Margerine

  • Mix in the 131 grams of margarine

  • Beat until smooth



Step 3: Consistency Check


Step 4: Add the Flour

Step Ingredients
  • Flour

  • Add the 180 Grams of Flour

  • fold until a little chunky/heavy – if dough still feels shaggy, you may need more flour to get the height you want



Step 5: Consistency Check

Step 6: Add Chocolate Chips


  • Add Chocolate Chips



Step 7: Portion out to 1 Spoonful Balls


  • Portion out to single tablespoon scoop balls



Step 8: Freeze Cookies


  • Freeze cookie dough for 5 minutes



Step 9: Bake


  • Bake 12 Minutes at 350 Degrees



Step 10: Cool


  • Cool 5-7 Minutes
